Roll Call
The meeting commenced with a roll call conducted by Tammy Christianson. Those present included Dan
Quinn, Mary Litviak, Steve Morgenson, Mary Pulvermacher, Brandon Bindl, and Adam Reno.
Also in attendance: Esther Marshall, Chris Conner, Cameron Quinn, Christa Quinn, Brad Seymour, Pat
Christianson, Sandra Creasey, Alvin J Christianson, and Michelle Hamburg.

Approve Agenda
A motion to approve the meeting’s agenda was made by Mary Litviak and seconded by Harry
Pulvermacher, and it passed unanimously with no opposition.
Approval of 03/12/2024 Minutes
A motion to approve the minutes was made by Steve Morgenson and seconded by Brandon Bindl. The
motion passed without opposition.
Attorney Eileen Brownlee’s appointed Eric Hagen, Boardman Clark
Discussion took place regarding the appointment of Eric Hagen by Attorney Eileen Brownlee. Eric Hagen
introduced themselves to the board, stating his experience in municipal law and intention to serve as the
new attorney. The board welcomed Hagen, with no additional questions posed and no formal action
needed.
Offer to Purchase on Jail Property
There was an offer to purchase the jail property including conditions and contingencies. Confirmation was
given that no other offers had been presented.
A motion to approve the sale of the property was made by Steve Morgenson and seconded by Adam Reno.
The motion carried.
Lions Club – AJ Christianson.
AJ provided an update from the Lions Club meeting, including the status and next steps for the
organization. There are 48 applicants, with a detailed breakdown of adult and youth participants. The
speaker informed the date and time of the next meeting and received no immediate questions or comments
from the board.
Spring Cleaning-Up: Dates Soon.
Assigned dates for spring clean-up were confirmed for May 8 and May 11, and the specifics of the event
were discussed. The list of acceptable items for the event was confirmed to be posted online, and new
measures were considered to deter non-residents from participating.
Temporary Class “B” Retailer’s Liquor License to the LR Fire Department on May 17, 2024. Event Lone
Rock Fireman’s Banquet
A motion was made by Harry Pulvermacher granting a temporary Class "B" retailer's liquor license to the
Lone Rock Fire Department for the fireman's banquet scheduled for May 17, 2024, and seconded by Steve
Morgenson, Passed without opposition.
Building Permit(s): (D. Butteris approved) on 3/20/2024 to Dustin Jones – Prebuilt Shed.
A motion was made by Adam Reno, approving the building permit, seconded by Steve Morgenson, and
carried unanimously.
Operator’s License to LR Shell for Richard Peterson
A motion to grant an operator's license to LR Shell for Richard Peterson was made by Harry Pulvermacher,
seconded by Adam Reno, and passed without opposition.
Fire District
No report.
EMS
The insurance was already on the policy in a different area.
Police
No report from the police department was provided for the meeting.
Library
The meeting scheduled for the library was rescheduled for May, and no further updates were given.
Public Works Department – Chris Conner & Cameron Quinn
There were discussions about bids for concrete work at a park. The specifics and comparison of the bids
were confusing, prompting a call for resubmission of revised bids and the decision to revisit in next month's
meeting. A motion to that effect was made, seconded, and carried.
A motion allowing Chris to have these refigured the correct way and revisit it next month was made by Mary
Litviak, Seconded by Brandon Bindl. The motion was carried by 3 aye's and 2 nay's.
Public Input
A member of the public named Michelle Hamburg approached with a proposal related to hosting a flea
market and inquiring about the use of the community center during harsh weather. The board indicated
they were open to the idea, elaborating on the standard rental process and fees, confirming that booking
would need to occur by noon on Thursday prior to the weekend of potential use.
Upcoming Village or Community Meetings
Various upcoming meetings were announced for different village committees, including dates and times. No
decisions were made during this segment, serving only as a notice to those present.

The date for the next board meeting was set for May 14, 2024, at 7:00 PM.
