AGENDA Roll Call Approve Agenda 1. The Board will convene into Closed Session according to WI Statute 19.85(c). to discuss Finance Committee’s recommendation on the hiring of a new Village Treasurer. 2. The Board will re-convene to the Open Session to make any motions or decisions concerning this matter. 3. Adjourn Note: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of a municipality or county may attend the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this matter.
