AGENDA Roll Call –Approve Agenda –Approve Minutes – 07/11/2023. Trustee for vacant position through April 2024? Yes or No. Community Center basement: Cooling station when extreme heat advisory is in effect. Water Tower. Lorraine Coleman’s family requesting the use of the pump house property and blocking off E. Commercial. New Liquor & Tobacco Licenses from D&Z’s One Stop to Lone Rock Mart. Estimated purchase date of 08/21/2023 to Agent Barinder & Daljeet Sandhu. Final 4th of July Committee Report– Mary Litviak Recommendations from the Finance Committee: • To proceed with the TIF/TID Plan for 2025. • Dependencies on our ordinances. • Order new computers for Clerk and Public Works using ARPA funds. • Sick Pay (beginning 1/1/2024) – 4 hours per month, 6 days per year with a cap of 80 hours. Use it or lose it benefit.
