Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 26-55658 Recommendation to authorize General Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into a contract with Silverado Contractors, Inc. of Chino, CA, for the demolition of SERRF, in the amount of $4,977,800, and authorize a 15 percent contingency in the amount of $746,670, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,724,470.
