The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Lowenthal, Price, Mungo, Uranga, Austin and Richardson Absent: 2 - Gonzalez and Andrews 2. 15-005SA Recommendation to direct the City of Long Beach as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach staff to seek Oversight Board approval regarding the transfer of ownership of 415 West Ocean Boulevard, Assessor Parcel Number 7280-025-900, to the City of Long Beach; Authorize City Manager and Director of Development Services to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the transfer if approved by the Oversight Board and State of California Department of Finance; and Accept the Categorical Exemption CE 15-015.
