This Agenda Item was receive and file. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Mike Ruehle, president of the Belmont Shore Residents Association (BSRA), spoke regarding the BSRA’s elections held September 11, 2008. Chair Schneiter informed the public that the Commission was unable to address issues during public participation that are outside the Commissioner's jurisdiction. Melinda Cotton, resident, addressed the Commission regarding e-notification for the minutes and audio of the meetings.
