ROLL CALL Commissioners Kurt Schneiter, Joy Starr, William W. CHAIR REPORT 1) Compounding Meters - Southside parking lots. · Reverse compounding meter rates were eliminated on July 16th. 2) Security Cameras. · All but 2 cameras are fully functioning. 3) Smart Meters - Sensors and Revenue Projections. · Pilot project is complete and conclusion is to install dome mounted sensors.
