• Sensors are installed - will begin operations in July.
2) Median Landscape Upgrade Project .
• Project committee and Staff meeting -conceptual design project scope, initial
cost estimates, public process, etc.
• Anticipate Staff presentation to PC with next month.

6) Dead Tree Replacement and Upgrade of Grates/Guards.

• Average Gross Revenue (Jan-Apr) = $46,641
• Average Gross Revenue (May-Dec) = $6 0,557
• Gross Increase = $13 ,916 - less cc fees = $2 ,373 - net change $11,543

(Belmont Shore) FY 2017 assessment rate at $0.12 per square foot, and
request staff to prepare the necessary documents for City Council
approval.
