CONSENT CALENDAR
1. 20-010BS Recommendation to approve the minutes for the meeting held January
16, 2020.
A motion was made by Commissioner Tofani, seconded by
Commissioner Kronick-Gath, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David
Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney
2. 20-011BS Recommendation to receive and file the Long Beach Transit Employee
Bus Pass Program status report for January 2020.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Blair, seconded by
Commissioner Tofani, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David
Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney
3. 20-012BS Recommendation to receive and file a Financial Report for the period
ending January 31, 2020.
A motion was made by Commissioner Leshney, seconded by
Commissioner Tofani, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David
Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney
REGULAR AGENDA
4. 20-013BS Recommendation to suspend the Belmont Shore employee rider bus
pass program for the purpose of reallocating funds for a microtransit
pilot program and security pilot program.
A motion was made by Commissioner Tofani, seconded by
Commissioner Kronick-Gath, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David
Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Commission
on items of interest to the public within the Commission jurisdiction. Each speaker will be
limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
