A motion was made by Commissioner Tofani, seconded by Commissioner Kronick-Gath, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney 3. 20-012BS Recommendation to receive and file a Financial Report for the period ending January 31, 2020. A motion was made by Commissioner Leshney, seconded by Commissioner Tofani, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Ryan Hofman, Jann Kronick-Gath, Aaron Tofani, David Witzling, Karen Blair, Matthew Peterson and Tyler Leshney REGULAR AGENDA 4. 20-013BS Recommendation to suspend the Belmont Shore employee rider bus pass program for the purpose of reallocating funds for a microtransit pilot program and security pilot program. A motion was made by Commissioner Tofani, seconded by Commissioner Kronick-Gath, to approve recommendation.
