Arnold, Jim Thompson and Eric Witten Present: Commissioners Michael W. McCarthy and Michael Hamilton Absent: SWEARING OF WITNESSES Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all people in the audience who planned to give testimony, to stand, and they were sworn in by Myeesha Ayala. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 16, 2016 It was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member Fitzpatrick to approve the minutes of the May 16, 2016 meeting as submitted. The motion carried 4-0. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 20, 2016 It was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member Witten to approve the minutes of the June 20, 2016 meeting as submitted. The motion carried 3-1. Board Member Fitzpatrick abstained, she was excused absent from that meeting.
