Arnold, Jim Thompson and Eric Witten Present: Commissioners Michael W. McCarthy and Michael Hamilton Absent: SWEARING OF WITNESSES APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JULY 18, 2016 It was moved by Board Member Fitzpatrick and seconded by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold to approve the minutes with the correction that the motion to adjourn was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member Fitzpatrick. BROADWAY, STE. 400 CONDEMNATION MINUTES LONG BEACH, CA 90802, 1:30 PM Kurt discussed with the Board the possibility of having a study session at the end of August due to the large amount of changes to the Code Adoption that will need to be presented to the board prior to the final presentation in September. The board agreed to attend a study session on August 29, 2016 at 1:30p.m. DATE SET FOR NEXT HEARING: SEPTEMBER 19, 2016 MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT It was moved by Board Member Fitzpatrick and seconded by Board Member Arnold to end the meeting at 2:25 p.m. Note: A digital recording of this meeting will be available in the Code Enforcement Division.
