Arnold, Michael W. McCarthy, Jim Thompson, Eric Present: Witten and Charles Whitehead Commissioners Michael Hamilton Absent: SWEARING OF WITNESSES APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR AUGUST 29, 2016 It was moved by Board Member McCarthy and seconded by Board Member Fitzpatrick to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion carried 5-1. Board Member Whitehead was not present at the time, he arrived at 1:44 p.m. AGENDA: 1 CASE NO. 7866-09-16: 4251 LONG BEACH BLVD, CERRITOS PROPERTIES INC, c/o DAVID COMBS, Owner, Proj. No. CESB230746, Council Dist. 8 Substandard Building Case It was moved by Board Member McCarthy and seconded by Board Member Fitzpatrick to grant a continuance per the owner’s request and continue this case to the next scheduled meeting of October 17, 2016. The motion carried unanimously.
