ROLL CALL Commissioners Eric Witten, Jim Thompson, Diane L. Arnold, Charles Whitehead Present: and Ethel Powers Commissioners Michael Hamilton Excused: SWEARING OF WITNESSES Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who planned to give testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and they were sworn in by Elbert DuBose APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1 19-040BE Recommendation approve the minutes from April 15, 2019. It was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member Witten to approve the minutes as submitted. Board Member Whitehead abstained. He was not present at the April 15, 2019 meeting.
