Present: Arnold and Jim Thompson Commissioners Michael Hamilton and Eric Witten Excused: SWEARING OF WITNESSES Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who planned to give testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and they were sworn in by Elbert DuBose APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1 19-037BE Recommendation to approve the minutes from August 19, 2019. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS Karl Wiegelman, Code Enforcement Bureau Manager introduced the new Code Enforcement Division Officer, Angel Arredondo to the BEAC board. DATE SET FOR NEW HEARING: SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT 3 19-049BE Motion for Adjournment It was moved by Board Member Powers and seconded by Board Member Gerdes to adjourn the meeting at 2:25 pm.
