CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Thompson opened the meeting at 1:30 p.m. in the Queen Mary Conference Room.

SWEARING OF WITNESSES
Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who plan to give
testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and be sworn in by Myeesha Ayala. Board Member
Whitehead arrived at 1:36 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1 Recommendation to approve the minutes from December 2, 2019.
It was moved by Board Member Witten and seconded by Board Member Powers
to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion carried 6-1. Board Member
Gerdes abstained.

ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION CASE
Chairman Thompson called for the owner or representative to appear before the
board and no person appeared on behalf of the case.
It was moved by Board Member Witten and seconded by Board Member Arnold
to conclude the hearing, determine that the cited party is the current owner and
responsible party of the subject property located at 731 W. 28th Street and the
violations listed did exist on the date the citation was issued. The motion carried
unanimously.
3 CASE NO. 7898-02-20: 3694 STEVELY AVENUE: STEVEN
THOMPSON, OWNER; CE CASE NO. CEAC261789
ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION CASE
Vice-Chairwoman Arnold called for the owner or representative to appear before
the board and no person appeared on behalf of the case.
It was moved by Board Member Witten and seconded by Board Member Gerdes
to conclude the hearing, determine that the appellant is the responsible party and
the cited violations did exist on the date the citation was issued at the property
located at 3694 Stevely Avenue. The motion carried 6-1. Chairman Thompson
abstained.

Whitehead to adjourn the meeting at 1:53 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
