CONDEMNATION MINUTES
It was moved by Board Member Powers and seconded by Board Member
Whitehead to approve the minutes as submitted.

SWEARING OF THE WITNESSES
Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who plan to give
testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and be sworn in by Myeesha Ayala.

Chairman Thompson called for the owner or representative to appear before the
board and Erik Alvarez, 2095 Daisy Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90806, was
present.
It was determined by the board to conclude the hearing, adopt the findings and
determine that the cited party is the current owner and responsible party of the
subject property located at 2095 Daisy Avenue, and the violations listed did exist
on the date the citation was issued. The motion carried unanimously.

were present.
It was determined by the board to conclude the hearing, adopt the findings and
determine that the cited party is the current owner and responsible party of the
subject property located at 500 W. 10th Street, and the violations listed did exist
on the date the citation was issued. The motion carried unanimously.

6 Motion for Adjournment
It was moved by Board Member Whitehead and seconded by Board Member
Powers to adjourn the meeting at 4:48 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
