Board member Hakim Chambers arrived at 1:35 p.m. FLAG SALUTE Board Member Jim Thompson lead us in the flag salute. MINUTES 1 Recommendation to approve the minutes of March 15, 2021. It was moved by Board Member Thompson and seconded by Board Member Chambers to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion carried unanimously. SWEARING OF WITNESSES Chairman Witten referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who plan to give testimony, to stand, raise their right hand and be sworn in by Myeesha Ayala. REGULAR AGENDA 2 CASE NO. 7913-03-21: 8171 WARDLOW RD.; THERESA M. VAUGHN / UNDERGROUND SALON, BUSINESS OWNER; CE CASE NO. CEAC273908 ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION CASE Chairman Witten called for the owner or representative to appear on behalf of the case and Theresa Vaughn, owner of the business, Underground Salon located at 8171 Wardlow Rd, appeared on behalf of the case. It was moved by Board Member Gerdes and seconded by Vice-Chairman Whitehead to conclude the hearing, determine that the cited party is the current business owner and responsible party of the subject property located at 8171 Wardlow Rd., and the violations did exist on the date the citation was issued. The motion carried unanimously.
