A motion was made by Chair Lowenthal, seconded by Member Mungo, to reallocate the $1 million from the Infrastructure, Systems Replacement, and Technology Reserve, to be evenly distributed among the nine Council districts for investments in infrastructure. A motion was made by Chair Lowenthal, seconded by Vice Chair O'Donnell, to reallocate $1 million in sidewalk repairs, $1 million in street repairs, and $50,000 from the HVAC system, to be evenly distributed among the nine Council districts for investments in infrastructure. A motion was made by Vice Chair O'Donnell, seconded by Member Mungo, to approve recommendation, as amended, to reallocate $1 million from the Infrastructure, Systems Replacement and Technology Reserve; $1 million from the sidewalk repairs; $1 million from the street repairs; $800,000 from funds set aside for stormwater compliance; $50,000 from remaining funds from the HVAC system; for a total of $3,850,000, to be evenly divided among the nine Council districts; and reassign $47,500 for the truancy intervention program and $20,780 for high speed copying and scanning equipment from the City Prosecutor FY14 year-end surplus.
