REGULAR AGENDA (4:14 PM) 1. 16-0803 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Budget Oversight Committee meeting held Tuesday, August 16, 2016. A motion was made by Member Austin, seconded by Chair Mungo, to approve recommendation. John Keisler, Director of the Innovation Team, presented the staff report. Chair Mungo spoke. Councilman Austin spoke. John Keisler, Director of the Innovation Team, spoke.
