A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Flores, to approve recommendation. The motion

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT (6:47 PM)
Anitra Dempsey, Executive Director, thanked Mr. Zink; acknowledged and provided a brief
explanation of the Training attended by the Commissioners; reported on her staff's
attendance at the National Defense Investigation Association conference; and reminded
the Commissioners of the upcoming meetings.
REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR AND COMMISSIONERS (6:49 PM)
Commissioner Castellanos spoke.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION (6:50 PM)
At 6:50 PM, there being no objection, Vice Chair Beebe recessed the meeting to Closed
Session.

At 9:48 PM, Vice Chair Beebe reconvened the meeting.

to the City Manager.
Vice Chair Beebe reported out from Closed Session the following actions
taken: [1] Case No. 15-200 Commissioners voted 7-0 on Allegation No. 1;
[2] Case No. 14-179 Commissioners voted 6-1 on Allegation No. 1; and
7-0 on Allegation No. 2; [3] Case No. 14-171 Commissioners voted 7-0 on
Allegation Nos. 1 - 4; [4] Case No. 15-190 Commissioners voted 5-2 on
Allegation No. 1; 6-1 on Allegation No. 2; and 7-0 on Allegation No. 3; [5]
Case No. 15-175 Commissioners voted 5-2 on Allegation No. 1; and 7-0
on Allegation No. 2; and [6] Case No. 14-087 Commissioners voted 7-0 on
Allegation No. 1.
A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Añorve, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
