(District 2) Office or Department: POLICE Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 10-1181 Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute all necessary documents to receive and expend grant funding from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services FY10 COPS Technology Program grant; and increase appropriations in the General Grants Fund (SR) and in the Police Department (PD) by $100,000.
