3. 17-0079 Recommendation to receive and file the Proposition H Audit Report
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent
Calendar.
4. 17-0080 Recommendation to authorize City Auditor to execute an
Amendment to Contract No. 33203 with KPMG, LLC to extend the
contract term three years to provide annual audit services for the
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Federal Single Audit
for the City of Long Beach and related reporting entities. The
contract price will not exceed $857,000 in the first year, which
includes six Single Audit programs. Contract price will increase
2.5% for the second and third years.

5. 17-0081 Recommendation to refer to City Attorney damage claims received
between January 30, 2017 and February 6, 2017.

6. 17-0082 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to
execute all documents necessary for an Amended and Restated
Management Agreement with Bixby Knolls Business Improvement
Association, for the continued occupancy and management of
City-owned property at 4321 Atlantic Avenue; and
Increase appropriations in the General Fund (GF) in the Economic
and Property Development Department (EP) by $22,105, offset by
revenue received from the North Redevelopment Agency project
area’s 75 percent share of the proceeds from the sale of former
Redevelopment Agency property. (District 8)

9. 17-0084 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to
execute a contract with Southern California Edison (SCE) to
participate in the Charge Ready Program, which will provide the
electric infrastructure required to install 13 electric vehicle charging
stations at the City-owned City Place parking garage C; and
Authorize City Manager, or designee, to grant an easement deed to
SCE at parking garage C for the installation of a new electrical
meter. (District 1)

10. 17-0085 Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute a quitclaim
deed to 207 Seaside Partners, LLC, to convey the City’s interest in
current utility line easements on Seaside Way and Marine Way

Contaminated Sediment Management Plan for the Dominguez

to Contract No. 33203 with KPMG, LLC to extend the contract term
three years to provide annual audit services for the Comprehensive

Beach and related reporting entities. The contract price will not exceed
$857,000 in the first year, which includes six Single Audit programs.
Contract price will increase 2.5% for the second and third years.

Property Development Department (EP) by $22,105, offset by revenue
received from the North Redevelopment Agency project area’s 75
percent share of the proceeds from the sale of former Redevelopment
