amount not to exceed $187,450, and, extend the contract term to

the Twenty-First Amendment to Lease No. 22897 with Jan and Michael
Todd for the sale of Christmas trees, using a portion of the former

Ximeno Avenue; extend the lease for a period of three months, from
October 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017; add two, one-year
renewal options for the same three-month period in 2018 and 2019, at
the discretion of the City Manager; and, amend the rent provision in the

Project, to extend the contract term for an additional two-year period

a total contract amount not to exceed $329,410, for a period of one
year, with the option to renew for one additional year, at the discretion

release of funds reserved for these purposes; and
