(Citywide) Office or Department: DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 18-0590 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract with Ray Gaskin Service, of Fontana, CA, for the purchase of New Way, Perkins, and Wayne brand refuse truck parts and repair services, in an annual amount of $275,000, and authorize a 10 percent contingency in the amount of $27,500, for a total annual contract amount not to exceed $302,500, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager. (Citywide) Office or Department: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 18-0591 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 34142 with Allstar Fire Equipment, Inc., of Arcadia, CA, for fire turnouts, to increase the contract amount by $800,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,590,000, and to extend the agreement for an additional three months, through December 31, 2018.
