3. 19-0211 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Capital Projects
Fund (CP) in the Public Works Department (PW) in the amount of
$84,100, offset by the Fourth Council District one-time District Priority
Funds transferred from the General Fund (GF) in the Citywide Activities
Department (XC) to support sidewalk improvements at various
locations.

Commons, The Wave team and other key stakeholders to determine
the cost of a Feasibility Study pertaining to the development of a
Gondola System connecting Downtown Long Beach with Queen Mary
Island; and
Request City Manager to work with Urban Commons to identify key
stakeholders to create a multiparty partnership to conduct an initial
Feasibility Study pertaining to the development of a potential gondola
system connecting Downtown and Queen Mary, and identify potential
public and private funding sources to begin the initial feasibility study.

in an amount up to $2,000,000 in Proposition 1 funding through OPC
grant funds; and, execute all documents necessary to accept the funds.
