A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 4. 21-0152 Recommendation to receive and file the Proposition H Audit Report for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020. A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 5. 21-0156 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the City Council meetings of Tuesday, February 9, and February 16, 2021. A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 6. 21-0157 Recommendation to refer to City Attorney damage claims received between February 8, 2021 and February 22, 2021. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 8. 21-0159 Recommendation to receive and file a report on the financial assistance and other agreements accepted by the City of Long Beach, from October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, under Resolution No. RES-20-0049 to respond to the proclaimed emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and Increase appropriations in the Housing Authority Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department by $1,904,610 for HUD Section 8 administrative fee funding to provide for costs related to protecting assisted families and employees throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, offset by grant revenues. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 9. 21-0160 Recommendation to receive and file the Investment Report for Quarter Ending December 31, 2020. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 10. 21-0161 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 35377 with Bellingham Marine Industries, Inc., of Dixon, CA, to upgrade the fire suppression system for Shoreline Marina, to increase the contract amount by $337,000, with an additional 15 percent contingency in the amount of $50,550, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $959,193, and add an additional one-year renewal option. (District 3) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 12. 21-0163 Recommendation to receive and file the application of 3636 Linden Avenue Holdings, LLC, dba The Long Beach Petroleum Club, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 3636 Linden Avenue; and, determine that the application serves the public convenience and necessity. (District 7) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 13. 21-0164 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents to amend Contract No. 35545 with Great Scott Tree Service, Inc., of Stanton, CA, for as-needed tree trimming services, to increase the contract amount by $60,000, for a revised annual total amount not to exceed $1,030,025 in the current contract year.
