Enactment No: RES-22-0040 6. 22-0242 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB FS22-004 and award a contract to Quinn Company, of City of Industry, CA, for the purchase of a Caterpillar telescopic handler, in a total amount not to exceed $162,268, and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract including any necessary amendments. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 7. 22-0243 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB FS22-006 and award a contract to Los Angeles Truck Centers, LLC, of Whittier, CA, for the purchase of a compressed natural gas (CNG) fueled Autocar Xpeditor Line Striper Truck, in a total amount not to exceed $501,020 including taxes and fees; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary amendments.
