ROLL CALL Commissioners Karen L. Highberger, Louise Ivers and Alan Burks Present: Commissioners Shannon Carmack and Irma Hernandez Excused: Commissioners Jan Robert van Dijs Absent: ALSO PRESENT: Steve Gerhardt, Acting Planning Officer; Lynette Ferenczy, Project Planner; and Thelinjoris Manuel, Clerk Typist III. FLAG SALUTE Vice Chair Highberger led in the flag salute. ADJOURNMENT At 5:53 PM, due to a lack of quorum, Chair Burks declared the Cultural Heritage Commission meeting adjourned. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
