The new unit is located behind the existing one-story residence. (District 6) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 14-008CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request to add a canopy on the original 7th Street facade at the Meeker Baker Building's entry, located at 650 Pine Avenue.
