request to construct a one-story, 400 square foot addition to the
rear of a single-family residence located at 3515 Walnut Avenue.
The property is located within the boundaries of the California
Heights Historic District and R-1-N zoning district.

residence, demolish the existing garage and storage shed,
construct a new two-car garage with a roof deck above and
construct a new ground level deck, located at 3719 Olive Avenue.
The property is located within the boundaries of the California
Heights Historic District.
