Highberger and Shannon Carmack Excused: 1 - Louise Ivers Absent: 1 - Irma Hernandez DIRECTOR'S REPORT Linda Tatum, Planning Bureau Manager, provided the Director's Report. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: There was no public participation. SWEARING OF WITNESSES All witnesses were sworn in by Chair Burks. REGULAR AGENDA 1. 15-024CH Recommendation to continue this item to November 9, 2015 Cultural Heritage Commission meeting. Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request to construct a two-story dwelling unit over a four-car garage to the rear of the residence at 2455 E. 4th Street located within the Rose Park South Historic District and R-3-T zoning district. (District 2) A motion was made by Commissioner Carmack, seconded by Commissioner Roosevelt, to approve the continuance of this item to the November 9, 2015 Cultural Heritage Commission meeting.
