Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request to construct a two-story dwelling unit over a four-car garage to the rear of the residence at 2455 E. 4th Street located within the Rose Park South Historic District and R-3-T zoning district. (District 2) A motion was made by Commissioner Carmack, seconded by Commissioner Roosevelt, to approve the continuance of this item to the November 9, 2015 Cultural Heritage Commission meeting.
