The existing front home on the site (not a part of this action) is a contributing property within the Rose Park South Historic District. A motion was made by Commissioner Irvine seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve recommendation with amendments to the conditions of approval with regard to removal of the existing metal window awnings and existing curb cut and parking pad.
