The existing single-family residential building is a contributing structure in the Rose Park Historic District. Highberger and Alan Burks 2 18-006CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request for a 751-square-foot two-story addition to the rear of an existing 795-square-foot one-story single-family dwellinf, and demolition of an existing one-car garage to construct a new detached 584-square-foot accessory structure consisting of a two-car garage and a workshop. The property is located at 2504 E. 5th Street and is a contributing structure in the Rose Park South Historic District.
