The motion carried by the following vote: A motion was made by Commissioner Hunter to elect Commissioner Roosevelt as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for 2018-2019. The property is located at 3636 Falcon Avenue and is a contributing structure in the California Heights Historic District.
