19-001CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness (HP18-408)
to construct a 366 square-foot addition to the existing single-family
residence, demolition of an existing detached two-car garage, and
construction of a new 869 square-foot four-car detached garage with a
759 square-foot second floor unit placed above the garage. The property
is located at 3200 E. 1st Street and is a contributing structure in the Bluff
Park Historic District (District 3).

19-002CH Recommendation to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness request for the
addition of 1,533 square-feet total (387 square-feet to the first story, and
1,146 square-feet to create a new second-story) to an existing one-story,
single-family residence in the Belmont Heights Historic District. The
existing home is a contributing property within the Belmont Heights Historic
District. (District 3)
