DIRECTOR'S REPORT Christopher Koontz, Planning Bureau Manager introduced Alejandro Plascencia, Historic Planner who presented the Director's Report. REGULAR AGENDA 19-024CH Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request for construction of a 19-square-foot addition to the second floor of an existing two-story, single-family residence at 795 Stanley Avenue in the Rose Park Historic District. The existing primary residence is a contributing structure in the Rose Park Historic District. (District 2) Patricia Diefenderfer, Advance Planning Officer introduced Maryanne Cronin, Planner who presented the staff report. Chair Burks spoke. Designer spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Ramos, to approve recommendation. Ocean Boulevard, 730 Sunrise Boulevard, 361 Temple Avenue, 733 Walnut Avenue. (Districts 1, 2, 3, 6) Patricia Diefenderfer, Advance Planning Officer, introduced Alejandro Plascencia, Historic Planner, who presented the staff report. Chair Burks spoke.
