This property is located at 3836 East Wilton Street and is a contributing structure in the Wilton Street Historic District. (District 4) Christopher Koontz, Planning Bureau Manager, introduced Refugio Torres-Campos, Project Planner, who presented the staff report. The proposed development will consist of three residential dwelling units each with a two-car garage designed in a Mediterranean architectural style.
