A motion was made by Commissioner Burks, seconded by Vice
Chair Irvine, to approve recommendation. The motion carried

2. 19-037CH Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request to construct a 395
square-foot one-story addition to the rear of an existing 1,172 square-foot,
one-story single-family residence and interior remodel of the existing
residence. This property is located at 3836 East Wilton Street and is a
contributing structure in the Wilton Street Historic District. (District 4)

two-car garage designed in a Mediterranean architectural style. The
