Commissioners Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Craig Smith, Present: Alan Burks and Kathleen Irvine Commissioners Julianna Roosevelt Absent: FLAG SALUTE Commissioner Hunter lead the flag salute. A motion was made by Commissioner Hunter, seconded by Commissioner Smith, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Craig Smith, Alan Burks and Kathleen Irvine Absent: 1 - Julianna Roosevelt DIRECTOR'S REPORT Christopher Koontz, Planning Bureau Manager, presented the Director's Report. OCEAN BLVD, 5:00 COMMISSION MINUTES PM 1. 20-003CH Recommendation to City Council to designate Historic Landmarks, two residential buildings located on a single lot: a single-family house with the address of 1005 Locust Avenue and a residential duplex with the address of 141 and 143 E. 10th Street. (District 1) Patricia Diefenderfer, Advance Planning Officer, introduced Gina Casillas, Project Planner, who presented the staff report. Commissioner Smith spoke.
