20-001CH Recommendation to receive and file the Cultural Heritage Commission
minutes of December 9, 2019.
A motion was made by Commissioner Hunter, seconded by
Commissioner Smith, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Craig
Smith, Alan Burks and Kathleen Irvine
Absent: 1 - Julianna Roosevelt

residential buildings located on a single lot: a single-family house with
the address of 1005 Locust Avenue and a residential duplex with the
address of 141 and 143 E. 10th Street. (District 1)
