A motion was made by Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Hunter, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Craig Smith, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Julianna Roosevelt DIRECTOR'S REPORT Alejandro Plascencia, Project Planner, presented the Director's Report. REGULAR AGENDA 1. 20-005CH Deny the appeal and uphold denial of a Certificate of Appropriateness to legalize the installation of fifteen (15) vinyl windows in the same window openings on an existing two-story multifamily residential building addressed as 2206 E. 2nd Street located in the Bluff Park Historic District. The property is located at 3740 Falcon Avenue, and is a contributing structure in the California Heights Historic District. OCEAN BLVD, 5:00 PM 3. 20-007CH Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 854 square-foot one-story addition and interior remodel to an existing 484 square-foot one-story single-family structure on the rear of the property and demolition and reconstruction of a 286 square-foot detached one-car garage. This property is located at the rear of 1032 Maine Avenue and it is developed with two separate single-family buildings, and is a contributing structure in the Drake Park/Willmore City Historic District.
