The property is located at 3740 Falcon Avenue, and is a contributing structure in the California Heights Historic District. This property is located at the rear of 1032 Maine Avenue and it is developed with two separate single-family buildings, and is a contributing structure in the Drake Park/Willmore City Historic District.
