minutes of April 28, 2020.

Commissioner Smith, to approve recommendation. The motion

Boulevard. The existing primary residence is a contributing structure within
the Sunrise Boulevard Historic District. (District 6)

Commissioner Smith, to continue item to June 30, 2020. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Smith, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Julianna Roosevelt
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Cultural

jurisdiction. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by
the Chair.
