CALL TO ORDER
At 5:02 p.m., Chair Roosevelt called the meeting to order.

A motion was made by Commissioner Burks, seconded by
Commissioner Ramos, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 5 - Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine
and Julianna Roosevelt
Abstain: 2 - Mary Hinds and Tasha Hunter

1. 20-034CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish
an existing detached garage and construct a new detached
451-square-foot, two-car garage with an attached 133-square-foot storage
room on a lot with a contributing structure located at 3728 California
Avenue in the California Heights Historic District. (District 7)

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Cultural
Heritage Commission on items of interest to the public within the Commissions
jurisdiction. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by
the Chair.
