ROLL CALL Also present: Christopher Koontz, Deputy Director; Patricia Diefenderfer, Planning Bureau Manager; Erin Weesner-Mckinley, City Attorney; Alejandro Plascencia, Project Planner; Gina Casillas; Project Planner; Heather Flores, Clerk; Pluchette Slusher, Clerk. Commissioners Mary Hinds, Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Present: Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Julianna Roosevelt FLAG SALUTE Commissioner Burk lead the flag salute. MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Burks, seconded by Commissioner Ramos, to approve recommendation. REGULAR AGENDA Page 2 of 4 CITY OF LONG BEACH TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2020 CULTURAL HERITAGE TELECONFERENCE COMMISSION MINUTES CIVIC CHAMBERS, 5:00 PM 1. 20-034CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish an existing detached garage and construct a new detached 451-square-foot, two-car garage with an attached 133-square-foot storage room on a lot with a contributing structure located at 3728 California Avenue in the California Heights Historic District. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. Erin Weesner-McKinely, City Attorney spoke. Chair Roosevelt spoke.
