A motion was made by Commissioner Grisafe, seconded by Commissioner Ramos, to approve the staff recommendation to deny the appeal and also direct staff to continue working with the applicant to come up with options to make the denial functional in order to ensure a positive solution so the tenants will still have needed windows.
