CALL TO ORDER
At 5:02 p.m., Chair Irvine called the meeting to order. The meeting was paused due to technical
difficulties at 5:02 p.m. Meeting resumed at 5:45 p.m.

Commissioner Roosevelt, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Roosevelt, Kevin McGuan and Kathleen Irvine
Abstain: 1 - Tasha Hunter

rear of the main residence on the rear half of the property. The
property is located at 761 Raymond Avenue, and the primary structure
is a contributing structure in the Rose Park Historic District. (District 2)

2 21-040CH Recommendation to deny the appeal APL21-008 and uphold the denial
of a staff-level Certificate of Appropriateness COAS2109-07 to legalize
the un-permitted installation of vinyl windows and one sliding door on an
existing two-story, multi-family residential building on a structure
located at 761 Obispo Avenue within the Rose Park Historic District.
The structure is a non-contributing building in the Rose Park Historic
District that was built in 1971. (District 2)
