CALL TO ORDER At 5:02 p.m., Chair Irvine called the meeting to order. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Mark Grisafe, Mary Hinds, Lourdes Ramos, Julianna Roosevelt, Kevin McGuan and Kathleen Irvine Abstain: 1 - Tasha Hunter DIRECTOR'S REPORT Patricia Diefenderfer, Planning Bureau Manager, spoke. SWEARING OF WITNESSES REGULAR AGENDA 1 21-042CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a one-story, attached, 480-square foot addition to the rear of the main residence on the rear half of the property. The property is located at 761 Raymond Avenue, and the primary structure is a contributing structure in the Rose Park Historic District. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Mark Grisafe, Mary Hinds, Tasha Hunter, Lourdes Ramos, Julianna Roosevelt, Kevin McGuan and Kathleen Irvine 2 21-040CH Recommendation to deny the appeal APL21-008 and uphold the denial of a staff-level Certificate of Appropriateness COAS2109-07 to legalize the un-permitted installation of vinyl windows and one sliding door on an existing two-story, multi-family residential building on a structure located at 761 Obispo Avenue within the Rose Park Historic District. The structure is a non-contributing building in the Rose Park Historic District that was built in 1971.
