Price, Vice Chair Roberto Uranga, Member FINISHED AGENDA & MINUTES CALL TO ORDER (4:36 PM) At 4:36 PM, Chair Mungo called the meeting to order. ROLL CALL (4:36 PM) Councilmembers Mungo and Uranga Present: Councilmembers Price Absent: Also present: Charles Parkin, City Attorney; Amy Bodek, Director of Development Services; Carolyn Hill, City Clerk Specialist. REGULAR AGENDA (4:36 PM) 1. 15-1334 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Economic Development and Finance Committee meeting held Friday, November 20, 2015. A motion was made by Member Uranga, seconded by Chair Mungo, to approve recommendation. OCEAN BOULEVARD AND FINANCE COMMITTEE COUNCIL CHAMBER, 4:30 PM MINUTES establishment of a twelve-member Queen Mary Land Development Task Force, pursuant to Long Beach Municipal Code Section 2.03.075, and as recommended by the City Council on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, for review and forward Committee comments and/or recommendation back to the City Council for consideration. Amy Bodek, Director of Development Services, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Chair Mungo, seconded by Member Uranga, to approve recommendation and forward to the City Council for approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 2 - Mungo and Uranga Absent: 1 - Price Enactment No: RES-15-0156 3. 15-1336 Recommendation to review and forward Committee comments and/or recommendation back to the City Council for consideration of the previously approved citywide Veterans Affairs Commission, pursuant to Long Beach Municipal Code Section 2.03.075 and as approved by the City Council on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, the fiscal impact analysis report thereto forwarded to the Budget Oversight Committee on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 and the budget allocation made as part of the adopted Fiscal Year 2016 Budget on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. A motion was made by Member Uranga, seconded by Chair Mungo, to approve recommendation and forward to the City Council for approval.
