The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3 - Mungo, Price and Uranga 4. 16-0392 Recommendation to request City Manager to study, as approved by the City Council on August 11, 2015, whether the City of Long Beach should offer home repair coverage plans and/or warranties to residents through preferred partnerships or programs and determine the fiscal impact of any such potential options. Councilmember Uranga spoke. A motion was made by Chair Mungo, seconded by Vice Chair Price, that this item be laid over to the next Economic Development and Finance Committee meeting.
