At 4:05 PM, Chair Richardson called the meeting to order.

1. 14-0972 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Federal
Legislation Committee meeting held Wednesday,
December 4, 2013.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mungo, seconded by Chair
Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Yes: 2 - Richardson and Mungo
Absent: 1 - Gonzalez
2. 14-0973 Recommendation to receive and file a report on the 2014 Federal
Legislative Session.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Mungo, seconded by Chair
Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

3. 14-0974 Recommendation to receive and file a report on Government Affairs
by the Numbers for FY 14.

(Lowenthal), the Multimodal and Sustainable Freight Infrastructure
Act.

5. 14-0976 Recommendation to receive and file staff recommendations for the
City's 2015 Federal Legislative Agenda, and forward the Federal
Legislation Committee's recommendations to the City Council for
adoption.
