Vice Chair Allison Kripp presiding. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 18-012HS Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Homeless Services Advisory Commission meeting held Wednesday, September 5, 2018. A motion was made by Member Kripp, seconded by Member Finch, to approve recommendation. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. Natalie Swit, communitity member with Temple Israel Long Beach and the National Council of Jewish Women introduced herself. David Freeman, community member introduced himself and provided a flyer on an upcoming artist event. Oyun-Erdene BaaSandori, California State University, Long Beach student, introduced herself. REGULAR AGENDA 2. 18-013HS Recommendation to receive and file a presentation on the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center. Teresa Chandler, Bureau Manager for Human Services, Shannon Parker, Homeless Services Officer, Elsa Ramos, Special Projects Coordinator, provided a staff report.
