REGULAR AGENDA (4:49 PM) 1. 15-0397 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Special Meeting held Tuesday, April 7, 2015. A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin and Andrews Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Richardson, Lowenthal and Tanzer 3. 15-0399 Recommendation to adopt resolution amending Chapter 4, Section D, of the Housing Authority Administrative Plan, relative to expanding the number of homeless family referrals from the Department of Health and Human Services Multi-Service Center and Family Preservation Program.
