REGULAR AGENDA (4:39 PM) 1. 16-0126 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Special Meeting held Tuesday, January 19, 2016. A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Price, Supernaw, Austin, Richardson, Andrews and Tanzer Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Mungo, Uranga and Lowenthal SECOND ROLL CALL (4:42 PM) Commissioners Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Present: Andrews and Tanzer Commissioners Uranga and Lowenthal Absent: 3. 16-0128 Recommendation to receive and file presentation of the 2015 Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Graduates. (Citywide) Alison King, Acting Deputy Executive Director, spoke; and introduced Kieshia Nathaniel, Special Projects Officer, who presented the staff report. Councilwoman Gonzalez joined the meeting. Delia Garcia, Family Self-Sufficiency Graduate, spoke. Kieshia Nathaniel, Special Projects Officer, presented the 2015 Family Self-Sufficiency awards to the Graduates.
