The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Austin 2. 16-0303 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for January 2016. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by Vice Chair Andrews, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Austin 3. 16-0304 Recommendation to authorize Executive Director, or designee, to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) advertising the availability of Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Project-Based Vouchers (VASH PBV) and/or Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) and solicit participation in the program from interested property owners of affordable units; and Authorize Executive Director, or designee, to negotiate and execute an agreement to enter into a Housing Assistance Payment contract for VASH PBV and/or PBV assistance in accordance with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for qualified proposals submitted in response to this RFP and also approved by HUD. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Gonzalez, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. H.A. 02-16. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Austin Enactment No: H.A. 02-16 NEW BUSINESS (5:13 PM) There was no new business.
